Our family of Cookie Gems™ are extremely versatile and are waiting to be a part of your next product concept. Produced to ensure uniform piece size with minimal fines, our Cookie Gems™ are ideal for chocolate confectionery applications where finished product weight is crucial. Our larger Cookie Gems™ are excellent for panning in chocolate to create a crunchy cookie centered treat. Perfect for sweet snack mixes, granola bars and other health bar applications. Exciting new concepts are in development all of the time incorporating items such as fruit pieces, coffee grinds, evaporated cane juice and wheat flour substitutes. As in the case of all of our other products, Non-hydrogenated oils are an option if so required.
